Was that maybe on the page listing all the recent orders & rulings in the various cases? I was looking at just the docket page itself for that specific case, which initially did show the denial but didn’t show it when I looked at it today.
I just clicked docket link you had ... I always thought the Brunson case was nice try, sweet dreams, etc.
