I’m curious to know if anyone here has ever seen any paper US currency printed after 2017? It is now 2023. I’m not including coin. (The Metal still gets crappier each year) only paper currency.
I noticed a couple of very shopworn $5 bills a few weeks ago. I’ll keep an eye out.

Asked a bank teller today and she told me they’d received a 2020 memo that due to COVID-19, there would be a halt on printing paper money.
Can’t find info on a gov’t Web site about this.
