Exactly so. Biden and family were in cahoots with Putin from way back. And anyone else with a burning need to give him cash.

Biden has been on the Russian/Soviet side since at least the 1980s, when he, Tip O’Niell, and John Kerry were humping Sandinistas and doing their best to cut the legs out from under the anticommunists in Nicaragua, where Russia wanted to establish a military presence in Central America.
Russia finally got what they wanted under Biden and the Sandinista Ortega is back in power.
