Thanks for the local report, FRiend. It’s been a fascinating tale to follow. I work so was unable to follow the trial a lot but saw parts of it on YouTube. Believe it or not, Reddit has had an excellent thread on this since day one. I learned a lot from locals. There were differing views in the beginning, but over time the consensus was- he did it.
Unrelated- sort of. Today on my way home I heard part of an interview someone did with OJ Simpson about this case. Unreal, right? He was discussing evidence, reasonable doubt like a freakin lawyer. Creepy!
Wow—juror interviewed. He said that first round of polling, there were two Not Guilty, one not sure, and the rest voted Guilty. 45 minutes later they were unanimous for Guilty.
