How long would it take a deep state judge to strike down any attempt?

The Constitution did not establish the Deep State.
The Constitition didn't do anything to control or prohibit it, however, and so we have the formation of a powerful, unelected, unaccountable, and utterly corrupt national bureaucracy - in our case, the mess of alphabet organizations nominally under the Executive Branch.
They showed during Trump's presidency that they will work against the presidents we elect if they don't approve of the presidents we elect, and they have their hands in everything. The FBI, CIA, NSA, EPA, DHS, DOT, DoD and on and on. The only way to drain that swamp is by defunding the federal government, and that is never going to happen.

“Ron DeSantis’s important point about ridding ourselves of the Deep State”
...and yet just about every major Deep State player in the GOP has supported DeSantis.
...and yet DeSantis has not disavowed any of them, starting with people like Jeb.
