Covid-19 clearly came from “gain of function” research. The practice was re-started under Trump, but he did nothing to stop it, afterward. Three words he’s never even mentioned, despite every conservative outlet being all over it from the start.
Doh! Why would conspiracy theories be out there, when everybody and their dog knows that the Associated Press and mainstream media poo pooed the idea of a lab leak for the past 3 years?
The good news... If for some odd reason you foolishly trusted the MSM in the past... You have no reason to trust them now, or ever for the rest of your days.

It’s completely irresponsible for Trump to try to sweep gain of function under the rug, but since his administration restarted the practice, that Obama of all people had suspended, but he’s due some serious questions on it. I doubt he has an acceptable answers, either.
The covid-19 strain was created in a lab. This is a fact. Any micro biologist could determine that. This is what made it so it could spread so easily from human to human. Therefore, once we knew that it came from a lab. We just had to figure out which one it came from.
The first cases were recorded in Whuhan, CHIna. So, where in China were they experimenting with this ? At ONE particular lab in that city.
Yeah, no. Everybody knows it was cooked up in a lab. But they insist on denying this, for whatever reason. And it doesn’t matter at one level why.
Something has to be done, something is going to break, because there is no trust in these outlets, and credibility and integrity is their stock in trade.
On another forum someone wrote this long screed about how the AP and Reuters are absolutely the only news outlet that can be trusted, and they don’t have any bias at all. Really drinking the bongwater that guy, maybe he works for them I dunno.
It’s really curious, how some people will absolutely deny something even when shown proof, even something fairly innocuous or common knowledge. Leftists most certainly live in a very tight bubble. Denying reality has to come out in really weird ways. I’m no psychologist, but probably aggression, and inappropriate behaviour, improbable fantasies, and plotting revenge on enemies. You know, standard leftist tactics.

Its not a conspiracy if its true. It was a lab leak, it was gain of function research, funding in large part by the USA under the care of Fauci.

Trust for me in the MSM was completely demolished when they whole heartedly supported a Commander in Chief who got blow jobs in the oval office, and then he bombed Iraq on the day that congress impeached him for his perjury and obstruction of justice... Since then, I typically rely on anything other the main stream media.
The media is very skeptical of a government comments made regarding a classified report they haven’t seen. Unlike that time the government told them Hunter’s laptop was disinformation, or that Trump urinated on prostitutes.

Total crap. After three years we can not find this virus in an animal source. It it was from such we would know. The original source was a bat virus that was modified in the lab to become infectious in humans.
I think that was a watershed moment in American politics. When the scandal broke, the newsreaders at some point seemed to agree “he will have to resign”.
And then, the Clintons circled the wagons, said FU “I ain’t leavin’”. And the press changed their tune, and started all this “consenting adults” nonsense and making excuses, and a very public discussion “education” was had for millions of teens who were told that blow jobs aren’t sexual relations. I think the unadulterated cheerleading for Team Democrat by the press started around that time, and calcified during the 2000 election debacle with Algore and his refusal to concede the election.
