Speaking of CA fleeing....saw a CA motorcyclist, earlier, who was driving his Harley like a fool. Zig zagging, at a pretty good rate of speed, behind traffic slowed cars....revving up, right behind bumpers...acting like he was going to pass cars, then, slowing....what a putz.....he needs to go back!
