I can't copy paste anything from this site, but it appears someone hacked into the RUssian warning system and warned of an imminent nuclear attack, for people to take their potasium pills and report to bomb shelter. Russia is upgrading their shelters and perhaps psyching the people up for this possibility, also have been sending out ships etc, armed with nukes more than usual.
