The Republicans I know who hate Trump are the blue blood types that are simply offended by him on multiple levels. The same people who get upset if politicians use cuss words basically.
The same ones who hated Reagan, but tolerated him once he started winning.
Of course Bush was their boy, and he started overturning everything Reagan did on Day One.
