Campaigners have slammed as 'reckless' and 'horrible' a plan by a Canadian parliamentary committee to expand the country's assisted-suicide program to terminally sick children.
They told DailyMail.com that sick and disabled kids could soon be joining the roughly 10,000 adults who end their lives each year by state-sanctioned euthanasia in the world's most permissive such program.
In its long-awaited report, the Special Joint Committee on Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) recommended that 'mature minors' whose deaths were 'reasonably foreseeable' could access assisted suicide, even without parental consent.
The report and its 23 recommendations will be discussed in the House of Commons in the coming months and could prompt revisions of Canada's assisted dying laws as soon as this year.

In their 138-page report, members said the procedure — typically a lethal injection administered by a doctor — should be available to 'mature minors … whose natural death is reasonably foreseeable.'

I hope these ghouls pay for their advancement of the death culture.
On one hand we celebrate the survival of sick people beating the odds, on the other hand we want to push them out. This is another drastic form of the death panels that come with socialized medicine.
I think it’s the politicians that need more euthanizing.
If they’ll kill children, what will they do to those who disagree with them?
I don’t know how it happened but 2/3 of Canadians are sheep run by wolves. Just like 50% here.
Canada outlawed the death penalty, and yet it allows ‘assisted’ suicides and abortions for birth control purposes... That’s as sick as it gets.
Sadly, the Supreme Court that allowed this nonsense was mostly appointed by Stephen Harper, a staunch Conservative... I’m not sure how he went about appointing these fools, but whomever advised him to do so was obviously a liberal left of center lunatic.

The report was delayed by the need to translate it from German.
Devalue human life so nobody cares when the mass slaughter of political opponents takes place.
And then right to die becomes duty to die and the age at which one is considered “mature” will be gradually lower to birth.
Their false gods demand human sacrifices and it won’t stop at this proposed criteria. They will expand because more blood will be demanded.
However, there is hope through repentance and accepting the Lord Jesus Christ into their hearts before it is everlasting to late.

GOOD LORD ALMIGHTY what on earth is wrong with Canada other than being under Satan’s spell and control.
Anyone who would euthanize (kill) children should be killed.

The absolute evil of it all aside, it is most definitely a slippery slope.
At first it was just very sick adults. Now it’s also very sick children.
Then what? People who are somewhat healthy, but who are a “burden” on society? Old folks, badly wounded vets, mentally challenged people, etc. They might not want to die. So let’s give them all a little push.
And as you noted, what about people who strongly disagree with liberal doctrine? They must be mentally challenged (and then see above).
Some people might think I’m stretching the point a bit much. Those folks don’t quite understand how depraved many of today’s liberals are.
It’s happening here in the US too. Not to the extent of Canada, but not far behind either.

They are under the spell of the evil one no doubt. The end times seems to be playing out or ramping up to play out soon. The world is preferring kies over the truth, and deviant behavior over moral behavior.
That is because Canada has a very rate of parents killing their disabled children.
Healthcare must be bad enough to convince them.
