Nope. Other pictures of him show him with his watch on his left wrist. I'm left-handed. I wore a watch for my job for 25 years, and always wore it on my left wrist. Tossed the damn thing out after I retired.

Good guess; but I checked Michelle's images and her hair (and its growth pattern) is usually parted just as seen in this picture, with the bulk of it going to her right. So mass55th's question appears to be on point. Maybe he and his college roommate finally broke up.
