I worked in a teaching hospital in my 20s and saw many mistakes made there. Medical mistakes are one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. And that was back when a patient’s family mattered.

The best thing you can do is have a distant relative act as your advocate with hospital staff. Not immediate family because they will be too emotional. Pick a cousin, niece, or nephew who is honorable, assertive, and not awed by doctors and nurses. That person should fight for your wishes.

Although with the way hospital staff act now, like they own your body and know better than any of your relatives, you may need someone who is also a lawyer!

Now is the time to find a good doctor who sees things your way. Here is a good place to start:

These brave doctors risked everything for the good of their patients.

I found an amazing GP on that list, both doc and NP there are great. I wouldn’t be surprised if the NP was here on FR too. They aren’t functional med docs, but they do combine a lot of traditional med with diet and supplements. That’s rare these days.

My last visit I asked why they weren’t on the FLCCC list anymore and I was told that they were overwhelmed with new patient requests and they were already booked out a year. It’s a small town practice so they can only do so much. A lot of folks coming to them now are for post vax protocols.
