I was in Salt Lake last weekend and took in a Bikram yoga class on Monday morning. The instructor was complaining of unexplained vertigo that prevented her from driving a car.
I wonder if instructor was vaxed? Or had some virus?
Isn’t that type of yoga done in a very hot room?
