I have a question for you and any other astute twitter people.

In my “Home” feed, I get tweets from people who people I follow follow. IOW, I get tweets, tons, in fact most of them, from people I do not follow. But are followed by people I follow. Most of these are total s***. Anyone know why this is happening?

You are probably looking at the "For You" tab from the home page and not the "Following" tab.
