f the Senate killed the bill....how would it get to The Vegetable's desk for a veto? Good point. I would imagine that "dead is dead". Wasn't Sen. Manchin one of those who helped to kill it? I don't keep up with news very well -- too much going on work-wise currently -- but I seem to remember seeing a snippet to that effect.

Yeah, Manchin and one other Dem, iirc, voted against it. So my prattling about veto proof was stupid, it won’t make to Bitem/his stand in.
