Half these retards are from NOLA courtesy of Hurricane Katrina, and the other half are just home grown vegetables who shouldn’t be trusted with anything bigger than a Matchbox car.
There are bad drivers everywhere one goes. That is my observation from having driven all over the country for the last half century.
