Good question. My guess is no - these DOJ tyrants are far too cocky to worry about turning off cameras. They figured they could control what was leaked to the press and what was buried.
But I have another similar question: What makes us think we have all the tapes now?

... after all, the footage was recorded on a taxpayer-paid closed circuit television system installed on public property to monitor public employees. Contrary to arguments by Capitol Police and the Justice Department, the video belongs to the public, not federal agencies.
Thoroughly agree, In fact EVERYTHING in Washington DC
belongs to US, the public and it is apparent we have failed
to be good stewards of our property.
