Don’t know if you’re missing anything but when one lays the spread of the acid cloud out it covers a large portion of that watershed. Won’t matter which way the water is running since the acidic cloud is dumping on it anyway. It’s a mess and as I noted before it has the potential to make eastern Ohio into a desert. At a minimum they need to be spreading neutralizer type materials all over the place. It would be a good idea to be passing out litmus paper like Kleenex.
