Over a blip in time. We’re on the downward trend of the latest “spike” in a graph of oxygen isotope measures that display temperature variations over the last 5 million years. I’ll link it if it’s still on line, but 1mm on this graph is equal to 16,500 years or more than all recorded human history. While CO2 is up, it’s been close to 7 times higher in geologic history and during those higher times the globe has been a riot of plant life and biological diversity.
"7 times"...which is still pretty damn close to Zero.
