I am from Ohio. I have most of my family and my husband’s family and friends still in Ohio and West Virginia. I grew up near Cheshire, Ohio. Look it up. The entire area is one big cesspool of contaminated water, air and soil.
Many of these people are poor. They do not have the means to relocate for even 24 hours. Nor would many of them if they had the means.
BUT, get the hell out of there. Not sure where they will go. Not sure there is anywhere any of us can go.
Scary times, for sure.
Prayers for them all as we watch helplessly.
They should be treated like refugees because that's what they're about to become.
