Only data from handwashing are sigificant (Fig3): for reducing Acute respiratory illness and reducing Composite of acute respiratory illness, influenza‐like illness, laboratory‐confirmed influenza.
The authors poo poo their own data (shucks they wanted masks to work).
“There is uncertainty about the effects of face masks. The low to moderate certainty of evidence means our confidence in the effect estimate is limited, and that the true effect may be different from the observed estimate of the effect. The pooled results of RCTs did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks. There were no clear differences between the use of medical/surgical masks compared with N95/P2 respirators in healthcare workers when used in routine care to reduce respiratory viral infection. Hand hygiene is likely to modestly reduce the burden of respiratory illness, and although this effect was also present when ILI and laboratory‐confirmed influenza were analysed separately, it was not found to be a significant difference for the latter two outcomes. Harms associated with physical interventions were under‐investigated. “
I use this, never used a mask.

Made-in-Israel anti-viral nasal spray found effective against COVID
Enovid, a spray developed in Canada by SaNOtize and manufactured in Israel has been found to reduce viral loads in confirmed COVID-19 cases by 95% in 24 hours and 99% in 72 hours
I recall seeing an article, when they first started the mask mandates, that claimed masks contained titanium dioxide- A substance that is apparently harmless, UNLESS IT IS INHALED, then it becomes carcinogenic.
The story seemed to disappear not long after I read it.
So one question about "harms associated with physical interventions" is:
Do masks, or some masks(?), contain titanium dioxide?
Another question: Has there been any harm done , especially to children's developing lungs, from forcing them to wear these things for hours and hours at a time?
Forcing children to breathe in their own exhaled breath, through bacteria laden masks, daily, for two years, can not have had good outcome, IMHO.
And then there is the psychological damage that may have occurred-I have read articles that say many students are still suffering mental health effects, depression and others, in the aftermath of the CCP virus lockdowns, masking, exc...
All of this should be looked into-Especially considering that masks were not designed to be used by children, in the first place. Nor were they supposed to be worn for hours and hours on end.
