Anyone else think any doctor or nurse that vaccinated a kid under 2 for this money bonus should be stripped of their medical license and tried for manslaughter?

Isn't Big Pharma, who pays these "bonuses" to pediatricians, also free from liability, for any harm their "vaccines" may cause in children?
If this is true, sounds like a good racket for making all kinds of money (as long as no one involved, has a soul or conscience).
