If the pills have been independently assessed, then they are perfectly fine in quality and are not fake.
ConsumerLab.com has current lab tests on lion’s mane and chaga supplements.

30 for tincture isn’t bad. 2 ounces will last longer than you think.

Thanks for Linkin a source showing the pills are fake.

Do lion’s mane and chaga have health benefits? ... there do not appear to be any clinical studies supporting these uses.
There is even less evidence supporting the use of chaga.
Here’s one:
Improving effects of the mushroom Yamabushitake (Hericium erinaceus) on mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial

That’s your research? Stupid meme. Are you just that teabagger poster in disguise?
300 mg per day!
How much in a fake pill? you have no idea. It is mostly filler.
Probably take a hundred or more pills a day to get that.
“The Yamabushitake group’s scores increased with the duration of intake, but at week 4 after the termination of the 16 weeks intake, the scores decreased significantly.”
No data, just a statement. Scores increased but then decreased SIGNIFICANTLY!
That one word concerns me.
According to ConsumerLabs, all approved supplements surpassed that amount of Lion’s Mane, per serving.
However, some failed and did not use the fruiting body.
But ah so true! Another one for you.
It is simply saying that the benefits diminished over a four week period, after all Lion's Mane use was stopped.
“According to ConsumerLabs, all approved supplements surpassed that amount of Lion’s Mane, per serving.”
Can you quote that? I don’t have access.
None of the supplements advertise surpass that amount.
I have access, and Gaia Herb’s, Host Defense, Om Mushroom, Oriveda, and Real Mushrooms version of only fruiting body powders were approved.
“TexasGator, reread what you stated.
It is simply saying that the benefits diminished over a four week period, after all Lion’s Mane use was stopped.”
Obviously you didn’t read it. It said they decreased SIGNIFICANTLY.
It did not say they increased significantly.
The benefits increased while taking it and decreased after stopping it.
It’s just that simple.
They say 1000 mg but two pills with fillers are 1000mg. Math does not work.
