The Phoenix/Scottsdale hotels are lousy with hookers during SB week. No Irvin fan, but this sounds like a ‘tute looking for some $$$.

Most likely he simply mistook a “businesswoman” for a trolling hotel hooker. Probably easy to do in an upscale hotel during SB week.
