Well, thats not even possible to be true in non white majority countries. In China the Chinese have power, so I guess they are the racists in their country. In India tye Indians are the racists. In all the african countries that are majority black, guess what, the blacks are racist.

I guess we can also extend that to the states and city levels too.

Basically their view is whoever is in power in a place, is the only ones who can be racist.

Dumbest definition of racism, ever. Racism has never been about whether someone’s in power or not. Its what someone thinks about another persons race and if its a false, or irrational prejudice.

That's exactly correct, but what is worse is people USING IT as a justification to spew hated.
