We also have Queen Anne’s Lace in abundance on our property.
I’m not very successful growing carrots, but those are wild all over and could make a great treat in the days ahead.

I posted a few links to QAL up the thread; I never ate it, but from what I read the roots are edible but not really yummy food. Edible. As long as one doesn’t pick poison hemlock which looks similar.
