I see after a couple of minutes of going to the websites of these organizations (ISW,AEI,Brookings Institution, and the U.S. Dept of State) and the key players you show that there is much eye-opening material to study and learn about their stated and non-stated goals and the interlocking directorate of organizations and like-minded key players and advisors and the relationship between and among them and U.S. foreign policy, etc.
