I can’t stand her, but she looks like she’s cold. Do they keep the temperature lower in the press room compared to where she was before entering the room? Usually the first thing I think of when I see someone shivering in the Winter...regardless of who it is.

The press offices are inside the West Wing behind her to her right, with small rooms presumably on on the main heat supply. The surprisingly small press briefing room itself is in a narrow collonade, surrounded by the outdoors longways on both sides, with windows on her left. There is a roof directly above and a computer server room entirely beneath it, presumably kept cool. The room was most recently renovated in 2007, and may not be well insulated.
