Well, if it's illegally in US airspace, it's illegally in the air space of each state it flies over. Governor's control their state's Air National Guard. Don't know why none of them will order it shot down since Slow Joe won't offend his masters in the CCP. Someone needs to stand up and take action. Does anyone think the Chinese would allow one of our balloons to fly across China?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but this balloon is probably at 100,000 feet or higher. No fighter in any National Guard fleet can get that high. Not even close.
