This article says that the case against McCullough was dismissed with prejudice by the judge:

“(Dallas, TX) -A 2021 lawsuit filed by Baylor Scott and White Health system against world-renowned internist, cardiologist, and COVID-19 expert Dr. Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, has been dismissed by the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas. Associate Judge Tahira Khan Merritt granted the nonsuit and dismissed with prejudice all claims asserted or that could have been asserted in the case.”

Remember it's the process that destroys people. Dr. Peter McCullough is high profile right now. How many other doctors are in his same shoes that doesn't have the money or time to antiquity defend themselves?

I went though small claims court only to agree with a settlement which I gave in order to stop the madness. I spent well over 100 hours on that case over $1600 loss. I was upset they used the system to cheat me and it worked. At least I had them face a judge.
