Since the CCP has already infiltrated the U.S. government at the very highest levels, why would they need to pull a stupid stunt like this? How do we even know who it was who actually launched it anyway? It could have been anyone, balloons are not high tech. I call this third-party provocation by an unknown entity figuring on getting some kind of advantage out of provocation.
