Chechnya is part of Russia and has been since the 1700s. That’s longer than we have been independent.

And Putin has done numerous things to reach out a hand of friendship only to be met with sarcasm and contempt.

After 9/11 he was the first world leader to call Bush and it wasn’t just condolences. He offered immediate use of Russian air bases north of Afghanistan. Not a lease or a contract, just show up and start work.

When our Paki “allies” said we could not use their ports and roads, he let us sail into Baltic ports and send all of our supplies over Russian rails all the way down to the Stans. It was called the northern supply route.

He warned us about the Boston Bombers,

He let us crawl all over their nuclear arsenal.

They were good partners on space launches and also sold us rocket engines.

They were attacking ISIS Syrian rebels in support of their long time Syrian ally (and for some strange reason that upset us....hmmm)

They are world class experts on church restoration because of their tragic past and offered to assist rebuilding Notre Dame and the ruins our ISIS guys destroyed in Palmyra.

He let us pore through their archives.

He released a document Stalin signed ordering the Katyn murders and said yes, it was the USSR. He was the first Russian or Soviet leader to admit it.

When the Polish dignitary jet crashed as it was coming to the Katyn memorial, he ordered the exceedingly frank Polish film “Katyn” to be shown on all Russian government owned TV stations complete with a panel of historians in a discussion afterwards.

And his friendliest act of all was to warn and beg us not to continue down the path the USSR followed in the 1920s in their descent into ultra woke socialist madness.

But you think whatever you want sport.

Marmema “That’s why he has a huge approval rating and in all of my visits there”

Yes. I’m sure you have had a lot of “visits” there, thank you for confirming.

Putin’s approval rating of 80% was an improvement over the weimar government rating. It’s because Russian polls are such that everyone knows hos much % the Nazi dictator Putin who has ruled Russia for 23 years will get

We adopted three children, one at a time. One was tricky and the state dept got involved. It took months to complete.

I am pondering a new idea that you wierdo russophobes have a personality disorder.

It's not worth it to reply to you folk anymore because you don't live in the real world. Google would tell you this every single time, but you are stubbornly delusional. You don't want there to be any other reality but the one in your head that makes you feel all the yummy good hate and anger that you crave.

Putin was elected, twice, but is either a nazi or a communist, according to many here....funny! He has not ruled Russia for 23 years. Why make a fool out of yourself saying things that are obviously untrue? In between his terms the constitution specified he was unable to hold office. So Medvedev was elected. Sure Putin was probably very involved. A man like him comes along for a country only once in a lifetime. What he has done for Russia is really incredible. What Trump could have been for us.

You have no idea how much many Americans detest Biden. It is difficult for me to watch a video clip of him. It feels like every dream was wrested from us when they took Trump away from us. We see them every day persecuting his followers for one reason or another. Biden is *our* potus, not over another country. But I don't have the need to call him a million names and drip hate here on FR. I am not you.

I was pretty upset when Russia bombed Georgia. Some of my closest friends were there. I was making room for a small family at my place when Russia pulled out.

I was in Tbilisi and able to talk to Abkhazian refugees after that war. So much more mature than most here....they explained to me many reasons for the war. They did not hate Putin as much as you appear to...how can that be? Maturity, a deep relationship with God, the ability to accept hardship in life and move on. Name one thing you think is healthy or good for you in coming on here, finding a target person, and spewing hate and vitriol. So I am going to stop enabling you. And others.
