Vitamin K helps to reduce excess vitamin d.

If you don’t have excess vitamin d, you don’t need to supplement vitamin k.

People who have no idea what dose of vitamin d is safe advise people to take vitamin k.

The scale on D runs from 0 to 80, about 60 to 70 is optimal which is where I am. I have my D level checked regularly.

Sorry but that’s totally untrue. Vitamin d pushes calcium into your system. The vitamin k pushes the calcium into your bones. You need both.
