I think they need to at least try a bite....w/the delicious mayo, before we give them a pass :-)
Love Cholula, on eggs, too. And, on tamales. And, chips.
I toast the bread. After I turn the egg I put cheese on the top of the still cooking egg and cover cheese with one unbuttered slice of toast so the cheese melts. I butter the other slice. The egg is well peppered and may have splash of hot sauce cooked into it.
