🚨UPDATE🚨

Here’s an update on our Election Case currently in the Arizona Appellate Court.

The three-judge panel overseeing the appeal held a private conference Wednesday, Feb 1, where the judges met to discuss the case and the briefs.

This is standard procedure for any appeal.

The panel could issue a ruling, or if they have questions, they could ask for supplemental briefing or bring in attorneys for oral argument.

Our expectation is the panel will move this case quickly.

As soon as I have more information—you’ll be the first to know.
