Based on a previous post I figured many of y’all would get a kick out of this (yes I’m from Mexico 🤠)

Difference between Mexican food in Mexico vs USA:

• tortillas are corn
• we don’t use sour cream
• our tacos rarely have cheese (we often call tacos with cheese “gringo style” 😂)
• burritos are not a thing, that’s American
• we do not do hard shell tacos (except for flautas / tostadas)
• we put lime on almost everything
• lard is commonly used to cook our food
• breakfast tacos is not a thing like bro it’s just egg tacos and you can eat them for lunch it’s okay 😂
• I have no idea why Americans insist on putting lettuce in tacos that is an abomination

street tacos, yes, small tortillas steamed or lightly heated in pan so still soft. Just meat and salsa. need 2 tortillas for each tacos cause they are juicy. Very good, no crunchy collapsing shells.

we have taquerias, authentic Mexican restaurants up here in Apple town.

I saw earlier this week at the Brunson case was being reconsidered, but I just can’t get hopeful again. I mean, if it wasn’t valid the first time why is it now? This court hasn’t seemed to care one bit about election fraud.l, in all the chances they’ve had. (Nothing against Thomas or Alito!)
