I’m just south of Hagersville, which is just a 15 minute drive from Lake Erie. If the normal south winds blow, I can’t see much of Ontario not being hit.

From East Palestine, Ohio to Niagara Falls Ontario is 230 miles. That’s a long way for toxic fumes to spread. So then I would assume it is doing so in every direction, as well.
