I will be doing, by popular request, a live and full “Play by Play” analysis of The State of the Union Address, TONIGHT ON “TRUTH” AT 9:00 P.M. If properly done, and if Joe has just a modestly good night, this speech has the opportunity to rival any of the World’s great orators, including, Lincoln, Washington, and, of course, the late, great, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sir Winston Churchill. Watch Truth Social tonight. Enjoy!

It’s known as poutine - and there are many variations of it. I tried it once and thought it was disgusting lol. Maybe I just got a bad batch of it, but it was just a pile of soggy fries smothered in cheap gravy with a few half-melted blobs of cheese. Not good.

Up here it is pronounced poo (as in what it looked and tasted like) and teen (as in the age bracket it is most popular). My grandkids all love it. When we have what we call Main 88 night (the name of the take-out in the nearby town) they all go crazy for the poutine. Maybe I should give it another try.
