I wonder how we’d handle Russia turning Cuba into a bio weapons lab. Would we be the invaders if we moved in to stop them? Would we be justified?

Most likely we’d object strenuously like we did in the 1960s. Funny thing, though. Putin never said a word about them until after he invaded. Before that it was all Nazis all the time.
