As strange as the drop off and abandonment of the laptop seems, the computer repair shop owner recognized Hunter Biden when he dropped off the computer, because he had had at least one computer fixed there in the past. In Delaware everyone knows the Bidens. Hunter Biden is multiply addicted and there is plenty of visual, text, and behavioral evidence that he regularly goes off the deep end.
