Um, no. The ME report stated,

"the toxic effects of cocaine and physiologic stress associated with physical restraint."
That differs greatly from your comment. You also wrote,

For 14 minutes the cop kneeled most of his weight on his knee pressing into his upper back.

Riiiight.

The officers had guidelines for dealing with ED suspects and this one was borderline according to those guidelines. If I was on the jury, the difference would have been with or without malice for me. My boy is LEO in TX; you have no idea what they endure on an almost daily basis.

You have a right to your opinion, but when you're misstating facts it exposes a bias, about which I don't give a damn.

So you have functioning eyes? Watch the video. They are kneeling on his back and exerting pressure on his back at the 1 minute plus mark and are still doing that at the 15:06 mark when the cop actually grunts as he gets of the poor victims back.

You know he actually called authorities for help?

Again here is another reference from CBS “ A Dallas County medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, saying Timpa died of sudden cardiac arrest, secondarily caused by the effects of cocaine and stress from being restrained.”

Or this one:

I’m Not making up the part about his death being ruled as homicide. If the ruling was reversed later that’s not my fault. It’s all over the net. You have bias as well fella, as proven by your statement about your boy Leo and what he has to go through. Which I agree with and I’m not making light of that. Again I don’t want to defund the police but don’t play that game of making me out to be the biased guy who doesn’t have the ability to see both sides.

“ Instead, Timpa, a 32-year-old trucking company executive from Rockwall, wound up dead. His death in police custody was ruled a homicide, caused by the “toxic effects of cocaine and the stress associated with physical restraint,” according to The Dallas Morning News.”
