'Gain of function' is finely balanced on the edge of a knife; on one side there is experimentation with regard to developing and protecting against viral epidemics... on the other side it constitutes biological warfare!

Just the slightest shift in the breeze and it can fall either way. There have been unintentional leaks in this country in the best of labs {e.g. Houston, I believe.} What happened in Wuhan is clouded in mystery because that is how the Chinese want it! Apparently how the 'Rats want it also. {???}

You never know what you are reading on the net or not. What I have seen/read about the Wuhan labs is that there were several leaks over a period of years even though it's supposedly a level 4 lab. Evidently, level 4 in China is not level 4 in the U.S. Surprise, surprise.

I get it about gain of function. I also have a fair idea of who Fauci is. Supposedly, he saw some jeopardy for himself and Ralph Barric. Barric was supposedly getting close or was near dealing with gain of function as he toyed with covid at UNC. So Fauci sent it to China. Likely anything goes there and we know later on the chicom military got involved with the bat lady if not before. At that point I would imagine anything goes if not before.
