I agree that an EMP might be better used on the East coast for max blackout but would be noticed by more of the population. As far as I can see the MSM is ignoring the balloon thus the masses aren’t aware. A little reported Chinese surveillance balloon over Montana could also be a means to disperse yet another virus. The Biden group really hate America.
I'm indulging in wishful thinking but the first thought I had was that the CCP balloon is conducting surveillance because the PLA isn't getting the information they need from their usual sources.
I'm hopeful this means the ChiComs resorted to this because so many of their paid informants are no longer in service.
