I feel like we've been watching one FF after another (especially CA, I think Newsom will move first), ginning up demands for gun grab, but this one didn't go the way they wanted.

wasn't title 42 tied to the “covid national emergency” ?
If he adioses the Covid National Emergency”, Title 42 no longer has a foundation.

That said, the same reasoning(technicality) for not allowing DACA to expire should be used here.
