I just read that Buyden will extend covid emergency to May 11th. If you mirror that date, it is 11.5. I recall there is a 11.3 and 11.4 but don’t recall if there is an 11.5. Anyone?

Oh, come on! Really? I was hoping to cross the border legally on April 8 when the emergency was scheduled to end after being extended 5 more months on election day 2022.
Section 11.5 of The Law of War Manual deals with the Duty of the Occupying Power to Ensure Public Order and Safety.
