A NATION IN DECLINE

Interesting. Finally a nation that looks after its own interests. They may not want to provoke the Bear since their already flying missions in Syrian with Russias permission and may soon needs these surface to air missiles anyway. The Hawk is an old missile that was replaced by the Patroit but it has a flight ceiling of 65,000 feet.
