Insanity of the deepest kind.
This is actually happening more frequently than one might think. A few weeks ago I was in a restaurant and saw a young woman whose face was full of metallic attachments, one a sharp needle that projected six inches straight out from her upper lip. She also must have had some plastic surgery as her eyes were tiny slits. I mean for real.
I got demonic vibes just glancing at her, asked for the check and left.
You shouldn’t jump to such conclusions, it’s possible she fell headfirst into a tackle box or something.
