As for the BAC. Plenty of people walk and talk at that level. BACs are not laws of nature that are the same for everyone let alone the unreliability of postmortem testing. I’m not claiming to know what happened for sure I’m just saying you’re making a lot of emotional assumptions and claiming a lot of details that we actually don’t know at this point and playing into the hands of ultrafeminists who want men to be at risk of prison everytime they have sex with a woman who had a martini or they happened to offend during a date.
