Conservation of angular momentum is a well established physical principle. The earth's rotation is slowing down because of tidal friction, and the resulting increase in the radius of the orbit of the moon. The earth's rotation has been inexplicitly speeding up over the past few years, since 2015. This could be due to an exchange of angular momentum with core.

I explained this in 1992.

It’s similar to a dynamo effect that generates strength in our magnetosphere.

With the core axis and the geographic axis now aligned our protection shield is weak and we are vulnerable for a perfect storm.
