After their professional reputations are destroyed, jobs lost, forced out and isolated, they turn to other means of making an income and liars like fake doctors on FR (*cough* you *cough*) then accuse them of grifting. Anthony Fauci, your hero, was the most highly paid person in government. Doctors who are fired, stripped of hospital privileges etc. are not the highest paid anything.
